Magazine Capacity Restrictions
Last verified: 1 November, 2013
We comply with ALL Federal, State, and Local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearm magazine feeding devices. The following is a current list of restrictions* that will include, in some cases, additional policies of Bullpup Armory.
We make every effort to be aware and comply with all laws, but ultimately, it is also YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products we offer for sale. A 15% restocking fee may apply if an order is processed and can not be shipped due to restrictions of the customers shipping address. If you receive a shipment from us, and realize that the laws have changed, or we were unaware of restrictions, or it was shipped erroneously, and restrictions apply, please refuse or return the package immediately!
